Special Education Law

The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) requires public schools to provide a free and appropriate public education to children with disabilities. Elizabeth will seek to help you find your way around this legislation and the regulations that surround it.

Elizabeth's perspective is a unique one. Her background in special education gives her a behind the scenes idea of what might be going on with your child. Her years of training and courtroom experience, as well as being well involved with the governmental and due process rights of individuals, will be very beneficial in her ability to serve you and your child.
